Seriously, they really need to go.
It is my newfound goal to start a vampire hunting organization.
Some of you are probably saying "But wait, not all vampires kill people. What about the vampires that just drink a little bit and then go?"
To them I say "F@*K YOU!" Vampires are abominations to mankind! They violate the natural order. Nothing is supposed to live forever, it's all part of natures grand plan. You get your turn, you live life and then you're gone.
Vampires feed off of human blood, that's just WRONG. We are the top of the food chain, if something eats one of us we hunt it down and brutally murder it. We're humans, it's how we've managed to survive this long as it is.
I hate all these people that think that vampires are so freakin' romantic. What is so romantic about living forever and being completely dispassionate about everything? Don't get me wrong, I still understand why Mr. Tepes was a complete and total badass. But that's a representation of a single individual, not the species as a whole. When it comes down to romantic the revenants have my vote. Nothing is more badass than a man who climbs back up out of the grave through shear force of will and raw emotion alone. |

So, I'm having to move out of the lavish apartment.
I'm a little bit worried about the condition of my place, I probably won't be seeing any of my deposit come back. I've been trying to get things together so that at the end of the month I won't be in a giant rush to get everything out of here.
On the bright side, while I was cleaning up I found an album that I thought I had lost! The ODB's NIGGA PLEASE! If you haven't heard it you're totally missing out. The ODB was a lyrical genius.
At the very least check out the song "Got Your Money"

I'm sure that you should all be happy to know that they started selling cherry pez in the US again!
The days of pez opression are over my brothers! The people have spoken, and they have demanded the cherry.
Not only that, but they also started making raspberry flavored pez! HOLY $H!T How much good news can one guy take in a day! I had already soiled my pants with my masculine fluids when I heard about the cherry pez, but the raspberry thing is just a complete double whammy.
My last count on my dispenser collection was 216. Just in case anyone wanted to know. |

The following blog is inteaded for my fellow gamer geek friends. Although all audiences are allowed to read, many non-gamer types will probably be very bored by it's content.
Nexus
Campaign Concept
This is an idea that I am currently working on for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. I am posting it here in hopes of getting feedback/suggestions for the game world.
The World of Nexus
Nexus is literally a city unto itself. Nexus is a large metropolitan city which is on it's own plane of existance. Over the years Nexus has become a central point for interdimensional travel. Gates have been established on nearly every plane of existence which lead directly to Nexus.
The Dungeon
Beneath the city of Nexus is the dungeon. The exact origins of the dugeon are currently unknown. What is known, however, is that the dungeon appears to serve a very useful magical purpose. The dungeon acts as a barrier which stops some great evil from spilling forth into the city. Some powerful and ancient magic redirects the evil force into the dungeon underneath the city. This evil force will manifest itself as all manner of monsters within the dungeon, and also has the ability to manipulate the layout of the dungeon itself (in the form of traps, etc.). Although the dungeon acts as a sort of prison for its inhabitants, the dungeon would become too full and overflow out into the city streets without brave adventurers to go down into the dungeon on a regular basis to fight back the evil. So the city of Nexus continuously recruits brave adventurers to help protect the city.
Government
The city of Nexus is governed by a triad. The triad is always comprised of former adventurers who have retired after having braved the dungeons and proving themselves worthy of the title. The triad always consists of one Great Warrior of Nexus, one Great Sorcerer of Nexus, and one Great Cleric of Nexus. (These titles don't necessarily represent the actual character class of the person holding the title. The current person holding the title of Great Sorcerer for instance is a wizard. Please note that there is no Great Rogue of Nexus. If there was would he really want anyone to know about his existance anyway?) The most important role the triad has is to instruct new adventurers that wish to journey into the depths of the dungeon. It is known that the dungeon is somehow capable of producing greater and greater threats the when more powerful adventurers start to journey within the depths, so new adventurers are routinely recruited, rather than having the triad adventure into the duneon themselves.
